Frequently asked questions

How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are handled by Stripe — the buyer pays, and the amount due goes straight to your Stripe account and on to your bank account on Stripe's schedule (usually within a few business days). The gallery does not “hold” your money.
How much is the commission and what is it based on?
The gallery's commission is charged only on the price of a sold work, and only after a completed, paid transaction. Registration, running your profile and listing works are free — there are no subscription or listing fees.
Who owns the rights to the works?
Copyright stays with you. By listing a work you grant the gallery permission to present and sell it on the site; you can withdraw a work from sale at any time.
Who ships the works and who issues the invoice?
You handle shipping yourself (the buyer pays a flat rate per parcel). The gallery takes care of invoices for buyers and the settlement formalities of the transaction.
What can I sell?
Originals (one-of-a-kind works) and reproductions in variants (e.g. paper, canvas, different formats). Every work is reviewed before publication.
