Delivery and returns
2026-10-04 · v1.1
Delivery
Delivery covers Poland and EU destinations declared by each artist after a review of their international readiness and the artwork’s export classification. Personal collection records the place, date and handover confirmation. Each artist fulfills their own order and parcel. A profile fee is charged once per group of works from one artist. Exceeding destination, quantity or weight restrictions requires an individual quote. Delivery cost is shown before checkout, the first bid or in an accepted offer; artists may cover it in an offer. During the promotion, the gallery does not fund discounts or free delivery from commission.
Commissioned artworks
Specification, completion date, price, deposit and delivery are recorded in the accepted offer. The balance includes delivery and becomes due when the work is ready. Sellers dispatch after full settlement and record the carrier and tracking number.
Withdrawal and complaints
Purchases from businesses may have a 14-day withdrawal right. Exceptions require proper personalization classification; negotiating a price alone does not create an exception. Private sales have separate terms. Report withdrawal, defects or issues in the conversation, including the order number and a description.
Refunds
Sellers make bank-transfer refunds. The seller’s report and the buyer’s confirmation are separate records. Report discrepancies to the administrator in the conversation. The gallery records agreements and mediates; it does not hold funds.
