Contracting parties and services
The identified artist sells the artwork as a business or private individual. Seller status, details and responsibilities are disclosed before purchase. The gallery provides listings, orders, communication and mediation. The seller is responsible for conformity, completion, delivery and refunds.
Free promotion and payments
During the promotion, accounts, listings, auctions, conversations and transaction management are free, with 0% gallery commission. Buyers transfer payment directly to the artist’s account shown only in their own order. Stripe and a card are not required. The gallery does not hold funds or guarantee recovery. There is no automatic promotion end date. An administrator’s model change affects future agreements only; existing offers, auctions and orders keep their terms.
Contract formation and purchase paths
Buying, bidding and conversations require an account with a verified email. A fixed-price order or acceptance of a current offer with an obligation to pay records immutable terms and reserves inventory. Winning an auction creates an order at the final price. A cart with multiple artists creates separate contracts, orders and transfers. PLN is the default currency. EUR uses independent artist prices and requires a reviewed seller configuration. Each order, its payments and refunds use one currency. Artists define supported EU countries, delivery or collection. Full costs and the displayed copy number require acceptance before contracting. An address change affecting delivery requires new agreed terms. Offer validity is stated as 1–30 days (7 by default); a new version requires acceptance.
Deadlines, deposits and completion
Transfers are due within 3 Polish business days, counting from the following day, ending at midnight in Europe/Warsaw. Buyers report transfers sent and artists have 2 business days to check receipt. A declaration is not payment confirmation. Partial, excess and late payments are recorded separately. Unpaid reservations expire; declared or partially received payments require clarification. A buyer may hold at most three active unique artwork or numbered copy reservations. For a new commissioned artwork, parties may agree a deposit, with 50% of the artwork price suggested. This is an advance payment towards the price. Confirmation allows work to start. The balance, including delivery, becomes due when the work is reported ready; full settlement is required before dispatch.
Delivery, withdrawal and complaints
Buyers pay delivery unless an accepted offer states that the artist covers it. Consumers purchasing from a business normally have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions. Negotiating a price or choosing a standard variant alone does not remove this right. An exception may apply to non-prefabricated goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalized; classification and notice are recorded in accepted terms. Statutory consumer protection may not apply to purchases from private individuals. The seller handles complaints and the terms disclosed before contract formation.
Refunds and mediation
Sellers make refund transfers and report the amount, reason and date in the panel. Buyers confirm actual receipt. Partial and full refunds are recorded separately. Payment, completion, delivery or refund issues may be reported in the conversation. Only the owner’s superadmin joins conversations and can read private photos for mediation; access and actions are logged. Mediation does not replace claims against the seller, dispute resolution procedures or court proceedings.
Documents and personal data
Agreement confirmation is an informational document, separate from invoices and payment records. Invoices require an approved seller tax regime. For new EUR or cross-border contracts, invoices originate from the seller’s accounting system; the panel stores their number, private PDF and corrections. Artists supply certificates. Published edition sizes and numbering are immutable. A refund does not return a copy to sale without physical receipt and condition inspection. The gallery retains known transaction details required for DAC7 reporting. Private photos are accessible only to participants and the owner’s superadmin handling a report. Accounts and communication are governed by the privacy policy.
